User Content and Responsibilities

It is not responsible for any wrong or unsatisfactory services provided by professionals.

PAYMENTS & DISPUTE

Payments and Transactions

All payments between clients and professionals are processed through the Legal Lancer platform. Legal Lancer charges a service fee for each transaction, which will be deducted from the payment made to the professional. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their transactions.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, Legal Lancer may offer mediation but is not obligated to resolve conflicts. Users are encouraged to communicate directly to resolve any issues. Legal Lancer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated disputes or violations.

In the event of a cancellation of work between clients and professionals or any dispute, the manner of distribution of payment will be decided by the Legal Lancer team as per their expertise. The Legal Lancer team holds the right to decide the manner of payment distribution in case of any dispute, and their decision will be final and binding. Refund policies for transactions and services provided through Legal Lancer will be determined on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of the Legal Lancer team. Legal Lancer’s decision in disputes regarding payment distribution will be based on the documentation and communication provided by both parties involved in the dispute.
